🚀 Team Size: 13 colleagues in the AE DACH team
💰 Base Salary: €47,000 - €60,000/year
🎯 Bonus: €20,000 - €25,000 (uncapped with overachievement potential)
🗣 Languages: Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Build and manage customer relationships in the DACH region.
🔹 Drive new business through cold calling & lead generation.
🔹 Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Success.
🔹 Exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
Who We're Looking For
✅ Must-Haves:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Experience in B2B sales & cold calling.
✔ High ambition, resilience, and motivation.
✔ Fluent German (C2) + English proficiency.
