We are hiring a Teamleiter Digital Solutions (m/w/d) to lead and expand a digital transformation unit for a fast-growing technical consulting firm specializing in smart mobility, digitalization, and R&D. If you have a strong background in IT consulting, digital transformation, and software development, combined with leadership and business development experience, this is a unique opportunity to build a team from scratch and shape the company's digital strategy.

What You Will Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and lead the Digital Solutions team.
• Develop a strong team culture centered around innovation and digital transformation.
• Recruit and train consultants and developers to drive digital projects.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Acquire new customers and develop strategic partnerships.
• Expand the company’s consulting business and digital offerings.
• Drive business strategy and customer engagement.

Digital Transformation & Technology Strategy

• Develop and implement digital strategies, including software development, data aggregation, and workflow automation.
• Work with multiple programming languages and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Lead digital modernization and platform strategy projects.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or software development.
• Fluent German (C1) & business-level English proficiency.
• Proven leadership experience in team management and recruitment.
• Strong business development skills with experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience with software development and platform strategies.
• Knowledge of data aggregation, workflow automation, and digital modernization.
• Hands-on experience in IT or consulting networks.
• Ability to work with multiple programming languages (no fixed tech stack required).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience leading software development or data-driven projects.
• Experience with AI & Machine Learning (important for future development).
