Sales Development Representative DACH (Full-Remote)
Full-time | €40,000 - €60,000 + Uncapped Performance Bonus | Remote within the EU
About the Role:
Our partner company, a fast-growing player in the Climate Tech industry, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team and help drive B2B sales in the DACH region. As a key member of the team, you will focus on outbound sales efforts, prospecting, and engaging potential clients in the sustainability and climate action space.
What You'll Do:
- Sales Funnel Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for B2B customers and strategic partnerships.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, social media, and events.
- Customer Engagement: Present the company's SaaS solutions to decision-makers, conducting discovery calls and demo meetings.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with management to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on climate tech, net-zero emissions, and sustainability to engage meaningfully with clients.
Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communication skills, particularly in cold calling and email outreach.
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
- Passion for sustainability and climate action.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.

- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or a related field.
- Background in cold outreach and deal closing.
