Responsibilities

📈 B2B Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute communication strategies targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) to increase B2B-driven prescriptions.

📝 Content & Materials Development

• Create and manage marketing materials, websites, and CRM tools.
• Test innovative approaches through pilot projects.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product, Tech, and Clinical Studies teams to align marketing initiatives.

📊 Data-Driven Decision-Making

• Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.

Requirements

✔️ Must-Have:

• Proven experience marketing healthcare services/products to HCPs.
• Proficiency in developing materials, website management, and CRM tools.
• Strong skills in managing and communicating complex topics clearly.
• 🎓 Academic degree with above-average grades.

✨ Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with exploratory pilot projects or innovative campaigns.

🌍 Languages:

• German: Native or equivalent (C2).
• English: Professional proficiency (C1).
